The Old Mill has four  320 square foot all stainless steel insulated storage containers available for lease that can be used for storage and even as office space.  Each container is 40 feet long and 8 feet wide with a regular double door freight entrance at one end and a standard entrance door at the other end.  The containers are so well insulated that a simple 5000 BTU air conditioner can cool the container even on the hottest day in central Texas.

 We have available for lease two retired railroad boxcars, one 40 feet long and the other 50 feet.  Each boxcar can securely hold an enormous amount of material.
